When you log in, you will be given the option to consent to the processing of the data collected by ROC Business Psychologists (who are partnering with Curium in the design and delivery of this project) during this talent process.

Depending on which tasks you have been assigned, your data could include interview data, multi-rater data and outputs from interactive case simulations. These will be captured in report formats that will be shared with Curium. 

If you are participating as a Leader (as opposed to providing feedback to your manager), in-depth reports from this process will also be shared with you. Leaders will also be provided with a coaching session to explore the data and identify insights to feed into a personal development plan.
