It's time to translate the insights from the program into personalised development plans.
Based on the inputs from the interviews and the diagnostics you completed, an Individual Development Report has been prepared for you.
Using your report, you now have the opportunity to explore the insights from the process in a 1:1 executive coaching session, to help you reflect on the themes in the report and consider these in the context of both your career aspirations and the opportunities offered by the anticipated growth of Curium.
1:1 coaching sessions start from 16th June - book now!
The data from interviews, feedback and business simulation diagnostics are used to compile Individual Development Reports for participants.
These are used in the coaching sessions and development planning for LEAD FORWARD participants.
If you are participating in this phase, you will be directly contacted by email in the second week of June with a link for you to schedule your executive coaching session.
